Advance Praise for Women On Board:

“Today, more and more corporate boards are recognizing that gender diversity is a business imperative and a critical element in sustaining successful enterprises. Increasing the number of women in leadership positions has to be a priority, not only because it is the right thing to do, but also because it is essential to building a high performance organization. We have the highest female representation on KPMG’s U.S. board in our history, and we know it makes us a stronger organization. Diversity in senior leadership is important in achieving the inclusive culture we strive for at KPMG.”
John Veihmeyer, Global Chairman of KPMG and Chairman and CEO of KPMG in the U.S.
“There’s no question that one of the greatest forces of the 21st century will be women’s economic empowerment around the world. As more women start their own businesses, participate on corporate boards, and lead companies, governments and civil society organizations, we will not only create a more just world, but a healthier, safer, and more sustainable world as well. The Coca Cola Company benefits enormously from the leadership of our four women board members. WomenCorporateDirectors is an important catalyst in this movement, and one we’re proud to support through the active
engagement of two of our senior women leaders at Coca Cola – Ceree Eberly, our Chief People Officer, and Beatriz Perez, our Chief Sustainability Officer.”
Muhtar Kent, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, The Coca Cola Company

“The more I leaned into the championing of equal opportunity, I also found that it was in the self interest of organizations to search out and advance capable women, as those organizations seemed to prosper and perform at a higher level when they fully leveraged the diversity of their resource base.”
Doug Conant, chairman of Avon Products, founder and CEO of ConantLeadership, chairman of Kellogg Executive
Leadership Institute of Northwestern University and former president and CEO of Campbell Soup Company
